JOB DESCRIPTION

· Generally, the Accountant will provide accurate financial information to the Top Management. He or she will be responsible for keeping the financial records organized, including tracking accounts payables and receivables, and ensuring that each account is reconciled correctly. He or she will ensure compliance with all the laws and regulations in all aspects of taxation and that the company’s tax returns are properly filed on its due date.

· Reconciles a wide variety of financial data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.

· Maintains a wide variety of financial information, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Checks and reviews all reports coming from Accounting Officer.

· Prepares necessary journal entries and adjusting entries.

· Supervises and provides overall guidance to Accounting Department.

· Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning the Accounting Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA board passer
    Must have 2 or more years of work experience.
    With technical competencies in tax, government and corporate reporting, financial accounting and analysis and consolidation
    Must be highly analytical, hardworking, organized and keen on details
    Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    Knowledgeable in accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
    Knowledgeable in accounting system softwares and databases.
    Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Preferably knows how to drive with valid driver’s license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Works closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure that due diligence for business development documentations is fulfilled.

· Scouts and manages new business prospects/clients for the company.

· Collects and compares pertinent data on the target market.

· Facilitates pitches and presentations for the company, writes reports, and maintains sales records.

· Prepares conceptual process design to be verified by the Process Engineering Group

· Prepares Technical and Financial Proposals in coordination with the Project Management group for Materials and Cost estimates.

· Monitors profitability of projects using the Project Cost Monitoring System

· Joins related conferences, symposia, and other related activities that will extend the reach of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

· BS Chemical Engineering Graduate.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong negotiations and presentation skills.

· Knows how to drive with valid driver’s license.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or BS Sanitary Engineering
    PRC License is a plus
    Knowledgeable on all MS Office Applications
    Basic 2D CAD Operation
    Preferably knows how to drive with valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Data gathering and evaluation for process design preparation.
    Detailed process design preparation as per company’s design preparation procedure.
    Equipment sizing and design.
    Process and Instrumentation Diagram preparation
    Preparation of Testing and Commissioning Methodology and supervise actual system start-up.
    Prepares the Installation Qualification checklist and supervise actual inspection before System Start-up.
    Prepares the Operations Qualification Checklist based on design parameters to establish standard values for critical parameters during system operations. Submits a full report after commissioning.
    Prepares the Performance Qualification Checklist based on system design to determine if the monitored parameters meet the design basis.
    Performs on-site pilot testing if required.
    Evaluates proposed design from foreign suppliers if necessary.
    Prepares consumables list projection for treatment plants.
